Our Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is grown and pressed on our farm in the Yare Valley, Norfolk. Since we grow and press our own product we know exactly where it has come from and can give you the quality you expect. It is also the oil used in making all our dressings and infusions.
This is our flagship and original cold pressed oil and the foundation to everything we produce here on our farm at Yare Valley.
We press the seeds that we grow by mechanical means without using any chemicals or solvents for an incredibly pure oil that is filtered twice. It is perfect for everyday use in the kitchen.
As it is cold pressed to retain all its nutritional benefits such as Omega 3, Vitamin E and ½ saturated fat of extra virgin olive oil it means it is a delicate enough oil for dressing and dipping, but with a natural burn point of around 240 degrees it can also be used for frying and roasting as well as for both sweet and savoury baking where you might otherwise use butter or margarine

Your order is packed with cross-contamination procedures in place, using clean scoops and containers for each product. However the ‘buy loose’ availability of many of our items means that we cannot absolutely guarantee that it will not have been exposed to allergens in our own or previous premises involved in growing, producing, packaging or transporting the goods.
As per legislation, the known presence of any of the 14 major allergens - cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, molluscs, eggs, fish, peanuts, nuts, soy beans, milk, celery, mustard, sesame, lupins and Sulphur dioxide (SO2)- will be highlighted in bold or CAPITALS on the contents label.
